For agencies, I build training that lowers liability. That means curriculum which holds up and use of force reports that are clear. For attorneys, I teach the other side of it: how to depose a police trainer, how to read academy records, and what an agency's training numbers really mean.
How I Review a Case
Every program starts with your material rather than mine. For an agency, I read the current lesson plans, policies, and training records before I write anything, so the instruction fits how that agency actually operates. For a law firm, I build the session around the kind of case you handle and the records you are working with. Adult Learning Theory drives the design either way. In practice that means your people spend more of the day doing the work than listening to me talk about it.
What an Engagement Produces
Agency programs are delivered on site. Your instructors keep the lesson plans, skills checklists, and documentation templates and reuse them afterward. Attorney sessions run in a CLE format, in your office or remotely, and include the reference material covered. I can also take a single case instead of a full session and walk your litigation team through a training file or a policy manual.
