Do not send case materials before an agreement is in place. Anything submitted through this site or by email beforehand may not be privileged, and it may be discoverable. If your matter is sensitive, call first and we can sort out a proper way to get documents to me.

It means I may reach a conclusion that does not help the party who retained me, and I will put that in writing if the record supports it.
